Once you schedule your appointment, we will either call text and or email you to confirm. Once confirmed, we will send out one of our inspectors  to look over the roof and attic both. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a quote for any of the work that may be necessary. There is no obligation to buy. 

Generally an inspection takes 30 - 45 minutes, depending on how many questions you have.

Financing works like this: The contractor provides a third-party service such as Greensky or Synchrony. The finance company will then charge the contractor a percentage of the job based on what type of financing you get approved for. This charge, is called a “dealer fee“. These fees can be as much as 20% of the total job. This is why some companies play the discount game with you; they have so much built into the price that they can discount the original price, by almost half. We simply don’t do that.  

We are typically booked 3 to 4 days in advance for inspections. If you schedule an appointment online that is not available, we will contact you immediately to schedule a day and time better suited to meet.

Applications: We like to make sure we are available within 3 weeks of the contract date. At times, we may get backed up 4-6 weeks at the very most.
